Queensland Health is an entity paid hundreds of millions of dollars each year to provide healthcare – yet the cogs in its wheel can legally refuse treatment and harm patients. 
These cogs lack integrity – individually or collectively unable to comprehend ethics or apply these principles to their business practices. This system has proven to be expensive, ineffective and corrupt.
